We sell Activation Keys which come under Digital Products and can’t usually be returned, as they are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis.
A refund is requested on the purchase of a physical product, the product is returned and the money is refunded. However, when a refund is requested for a Digital Product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased and used activation key.
If the delivered Activation Key fails to activate then you must contact our Customer Support they will find the real cause of the problem. If it’s your system related they tell you how to fix it and if it’s Key related then they issue a new Key instantly.
Refund is only applicable if we fail to deliver the product within 24-hrs of the delivery deadline.
